Introduction

Good day and nice to meet you!

I am Kristian and I founded Passenheim Consulting in 2019. Since 2021 the company is located in the heart of Southeast Asia, in Singapore.

Let me give you a short introduction about my personal professional background, why I set up this company and what added value my team and I can bring to you and your business.

Back in 2014 I have started my career as a recruitment consultant and worked for two leading international recruitment firms (Ex-Michael Page), where my career path went from trainee to senior consultant. Ever since, I have been specialized in tech, sales and executive search roles. With more than 10 years demonstrated experience within agency environments, I have been continuously working with small and medium-sized enterprises from the DACH-region, most of them family-owned businesses with a long tradition and global reputation. Successfully filled numerous management and key positions of my clients from various industries, from start-ups to global players, in DACH and Southeast Asia.

In 2019 I left Germany and relocated to Vietnam. After talking to numerous expatriate executive leaders, I came up with the idea of setting up my own boutique headhunting consultancy. Aiming to recruit highly skilled senior professionals and executive leaders for small/ medium-sized enterprises from the DACH-region, acting as the on-site interface between them and the local candidate market in SEA. From the very first beginning of this journey I had this vision in my mind, which I refer to further down.

At Passenheim Consulting, we have a proven track record of working with multinational enterprises on both, in the DACH-region and in Southeast Asia. We know our customers, who are often headquartered in the German countryside, deep-rooted locally but acting globally.

Combining a solid understanding of the business culture in the DACH region and the talent landscape on an intercultural level across Southeast Asia is what it takes to generate the perfect match for clients and candidates alike.
